Bao Shen Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Tsoi Ka Shing as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative and Non-Compliance with the GEM Listing Rules

The board of directors of Bao Shen Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Tsoi Ka Shing ("Mr. Tsoi") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary (the "Company Secretary") and the authorised representative of the Company (the "Authorised Representative") under Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of the Stock Exchange (the "GEM Listing Rules"), with effect from 8 November 2023.
