BankInvest Danmark (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in companies which are listed in Denmark, are domiciled in Denmark or have the main part of its activities or assets in Denmark. As of December 31, 2011, the Fund's investment portfolio included the equities of companies active in such sectors as industry (22%), finance (21%), healthcare (21%), cyclical consumer goods (15%) and non-cyclical consumer goods (7%), as well as other sectors. As of December 31, 2011, the Fund's investment portfolio included the equities of such companies, as Novo Nordisk A/S (9.79%), Carlsberg (9.69%), TDC A/S (7.13%), DSV A/S (6.7%) and William Demant Holding (4.98%), among others. BankInvest Danmark is a division of Investeringsforeningen BankInvest, an investment organization based in Denmark.
