Organised by the Bank's With Pride Colleague Network, Bank of Ireland this week celebrated Pride at College Green.

Bank of Ireland has a range of active colleague networks which support the Bank on policy and process improvements in relation to LGBTQ+ inclusion, gender, family, accessibility, multiculturalism, and intergenerational issues. The Group maintains partnerships with specialist groups and have partnered with BeLonGTo, the LGBTQ+ youth organisation to fund a learning platform for volunteers across the country who work with young people.

This week, the Bank has announced that it will host Financial Wellbeing workshops at Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre as part of its long-standing financial wellbeing focus. In a survey conducted by Red C, less than half of LGBTQ+ people say they feel confident about financial situation in the next 12 months. Outhouse will also be working with the Bank to ensure the needs of the LGBTQ+ community are better understood.
