Bank of America Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock, Payable on December 28, 2018; Declares a Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend on the 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B, Payable on April 25, 2019

Bank of America Corporation announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $0.15 per share, payable on March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2019.

The Board also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.75 per share on the 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B. The dividend is payable on April 25, 2019 to shareholders of record as of April 11, 2019.
