Bakken Energy Corp. (OTCPK:BKEN) entered into an agreement to acquire Assets of the Dakota Gasification Company from Dakota Gasification Company Inc. on August 16, 2021. The closing is subject to the satisfaction of specified conditions and expected to be completed by April 1, 2023.
