VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

INCLUSION IN

THE MSCI CHINA ALL SHARES SMALL CAP INDEX

This announcement is made by BAIOO Family Interactive Limited ("BAIOO" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and its controlled entities in the PRC, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company will be included as a constituent of the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index, with effect from 27 May 2021 (after trading hours).

The MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index is designed to measure the performance of the small cap segment of the China market. The Board is of the view that the Company's inclusion in the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index represents the capital market's recognition of the Company, which is expected to expand the shareholder base and increase the trading liquidity of the Company, resulting in realisation of the value of investment in the Company and enhancement of the Company's reputation in the capital market.
