Babcock International Group plc (LSE:BAB) entered into a binding agreement to acquire National Training Institute LLC from Renaissance Services SAOG (MSM:RNSS) for £12.3 million in cash on January 20, 2014. National Training Institute generated revenue of £11 million last year. The cash proceeds of the transaction will be used for investment in the growth of core businesses.

Trevor Butcher and Diwakar Agarwal DLA Piper (Saudi Arabia) acted as legal advisors for Babcock International Group plc.
