(KOSDAQ:A307870) from Kwang-Won Cho, Kim Mun-Young and Park Myeong-Sook for KRW 36.7 billion on July 13, 2023. Transaction is expected to close on September 12, 2023. Transaction was financed through using borrowings. As of August 25, 2023 B2EN Acquisition Purpose Second Company has acquired 14.9% stake in B2En Co., Ltd. Transaction is expected to close on April 25, 2024. As of April 25, 2024, the transaction is expected to close on May 3, 2024.As of May 27, 2024, the transaction is expected to be completed on June 28, 2024.
