(KOSDAQ:A307870) from Kwang-Won Cho, Kim Mun-Young and Park Myeong-Sook for KRW 36.7 billion on July 13, 2023.
B2En Co Ltd, formerly Sangsangin Ian No.1 Special Purpose Acquisition Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the data consulting and data solution business. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Big Data segment engages in consulting businesses such as data service-based data architecture (DA), data modeling, and data tuning. The Data segment provides big data governance, analysis, big data quality management, and artificial intelligence (AI) services.
