AutoWallis Nyilvánosan Muködo Részvénytársaság (BUSE:AUTOWALLIS) entered into an agreement to acquire 80% stake in NC Auto s.r.o. from Stratos Auto, Spol. S R.O. on March 4, 2024. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of all closing conditions and Czech competition commission.
The remaining shares of NC Auto will be acquired in the next two years. As of April 22, 2024, Czech competition authority has granted its approval for AutoWallis to purchase Stratos Auto?s BMW division NC Auto.
