DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Automatic Systems Ltd ('the Company') has declared a final dividend of Rs 6.00 per share in respect of its financial year ending 31 December 2022 payable to the shareholders of the Company at the close of business of 13 January 2023.
The dividend will be paid on or about the 27 January 2023.
The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 10 January 2023 and ex-dividend as from the 11 January 2023.
