Dartbrook Acquistion - Extension of Sunset DateAustralian Pacific Coal Limited ('AQC', or 'the Company') (ASX Code: AQC) advises that, the Company and Anglo American have agreed to vary the Share Purchase Agreement ('Agreement') for the Company's acquisition of the Dartbrook coal mine. The Sunset Date for the Agreement has been extended to 14 April 2017. The break fee payable under the Agreement has been increased from A$500,000 to A$1,000,000.
The Company will release further information in relation to this Agreement when that information is available.
