MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
Austevoll Seafood ASA ("AUSS") has today purchased additional 337,068 shares in Norway Pelagic ASA ("NPEL") at a price of NOK 15.50 per share. AUSS hereafter owns a total of 14,345,911 shares in NPEL representing 77,84% of the outstanding shares in NPEL.
AUSS is due to ownership represented on the Company's Board of Directors, and thus considered a primary insider of the Company pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4-2 (1).

Austevoll Seafood ASA (AUSS) har i dag kjøpt ytterligere 337.068 aksjer i Norway Pelagic ASA (NPEL) til kurs NOK 15,50 pr. aksje. AUSS eier etter dette totalt 14.345.911 aksjer i NPEL, tilsvarende 77,84% av aksjekapitalen i NPEL.
AUSS er på grunn av sitt eierskap representert i styret i Selskapet, og dermed å anse som primærinnsider i Selskapet etter bestemmelsene i verdipapirhandelloven § 4-2 (1).
