APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

AustChina Holdings Limited (AUH) is very pleased to announce that Suzanne Yeates has been appointed Company Secretary of AustChina Holdings Limited.

Suzanne, a Chartered Accountant, is Founder and Principal of Outsourced Accounting Solutions. She has worked with public companies for more than 20 years and provides both CFO and company secretarial services to a number of public and private companies.

Ms Leni Stanley, who has been Company Secretary of AustChina Holdings Limited since 2002 will be retiring from the position on 28 February 2021. The Board and Management thanks her for her service and wishes her all the best for the future.
