On August 25, Moneta Asset Management, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of voting rights in Aures Technologies, following the sale of shares on the market.

The management company stated that it held 268,950 Aures Technologies shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 6.72% of the capital and 4.96% of the voting rights of this specialist in point-of-sale IT systems.
