Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared to the AMF that on June 28 it had fallen below the threshold of 10% of the capital of Aures Technologies, following the sale of shares on the market.

The management company stated that it held 369,025 Aures shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the aforementioned funds, i.e. 9.23% of the capital and 6.81% of the voting rights of this supplier of hardware solutions for points of sale and service.
