Atul Ltd. Recommends Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2024, Payable on or after July 31, 2024

The Board of Directors of Atul Ltd. proposed dividend of INR 20 (Rupees Twenty only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2024 which is subject To Approve the members at the upcoming Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 26, 2024. Accordingly, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from July 13, 2024 to July 19, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the members to receive dividend. After the approval by the members at the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after July 31, 2024.
