Atishay Limited at its AGM held on June 16, 2024 approved appointment of Mr. Rajendra Saxena (DIN:10485612), as an Independent Director of the Company for the period of 5 (five) years with effect from May 10, 2024 to May 09, 2029 and during that period, he shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
