FOR ADVERTISING AND MEDIA RESOURCES

Reference is made to the Company's discloseable transaction announcements dated 7 August 2020 and 10 August 2020 (the "Announcements"). Capitalized terms used unless otherwise specified herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

FURTHER INFORMATION OF PARTIES TO THE CONCESSION RIGHTS AGREEMENTS

The Board wishes to provide the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company with additional information that Chengdu Airport Media Company's equity is 100% owned by the 四川省機場集團有限公司 (Sichuan Province Airport Group Co., Ltd*), a Company incorporated in the PRC with approximately 81.59% of their equity held by 四川省政府國有 資產監督管理委員會 (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province*) and the remaining approximately 18.41% of their equity held by 四川發 展（控股）有限責任公司 (Sichuan Development Holding Co., Ltd*). Sichuan Development Holding Co., Ltd is a Company incorporated in the PRC with its equity 100% owned by四川 省人民政府 (The People's Government of Sichuan Province*).
