Asia Capital Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform 
that ACAP Consulting Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary company, its operation is in service
sector and the Company hold 99.99%.  ACAP Consulting Co.,Ltd. registered of
dissolution and liquidation with Department of Business Development, the
Ministry of Commerce dated 23 November 2021 since the business was not active
and to save costs. The liquidation of this subsidiary does not affect to the
Company's performance.

Please be informed accordingly.
