ASIA Capital Group Public Company Limited announced resignation of Independent Director and the Audit Committee, Mr. Aittipat Sangsawatdekul, effective from 8 February 2023 onwards. The reason for the resignation was due to personal reason that may cause inability to fully perform the duties.
