CryoLife, Inc. announced the appointment of Anthony "Tony" Semedo to its Board of Directors effective October 1, 2021. Mr. Semedo has over 40 years of U.S and international experience in the medical device industry, serving most recently as Senior Vice President & President of Japan Operations at Medtronic, where he led multiple business units and functions.
Artivion, Inc. is a medical device company engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and distribution of medical devices and implantable human tissues used in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures for patients with aortic disease, heart valve disease, aortic aneurysms, and dissections. The Company's segments include Medical Devices and Preservation Services. The Medical Devices segment includes sales of aortic stent grafts, surgical sealants, and On-X.
