Aroma AD (BUL:6AR) agreed to acquire remaining 25.6% stake in Astera Cosmetics SA in stock on November 14, 2012. The consideration would be paid in form of 30 new ordinary registered shares of Aroma AD. The transaction is subject to approval by Aroma AD shareholders.
As of December 17, 2012, Aroma AD shareholders approved the deal. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
