Archrock, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.132 per share of common stock, or $0.528 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on February 14, 2019 to all stockholders of record on February 8, 2019.

It provides comprehensive contract operations services, such as personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to meet its customerâs natural gas compression needs.
