Applus+ in Spain has been certified as Top Employer 2021 for third consecutive year, and has obtained this distinction for the first time in the Latin American region. This recognition shows the company's efforts to offer the best work environment and improve it every day so that all our employees feel part of our slogan: 'Together Beyond Standards'.

Top Employers Institute, the organisation that grants this seal, has valued our acquisition policy and talent strategy, our professionals' leadership development and their induction into the corporation, performance management and our diverse, equal and inclusive culture. It has also viewed favourably the collaboration between Applus+, universities and reasearch institutions and the use of specific tools to identify and hire the best professionals.

The Global Management Development Programme stood out during the auditing process, a project developed by the Instituto de Empresa exclusively for Applus+, which has allowed us to fill internally 86% of management positions.

Diversity and inclusion, distinguishing features of the Applus+ culture, are the backbone of several global strategies carried out by the company that Top Employers Institute has particularly appreciated, among them, internal initiatives like the 'Sin Límites' project, our Councils for Equality and Work-life balance, our female mentoring programmes, the 'Heroes Wounded in Combat' project in Colombia and the corporate celebration of important days, like Women's Day in Chile or Black Ethnicity Month in Panama.
