AppliCAD Public Limited Company ("Company") would like to inform that according to the Board of Directors meeting number 4/2022 on 9 August 2022 has the important resolutions as follows;

1. Acknowledgement of the resignation of Dr. Sunee Sornchaithanasuk in position of Independent Director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee, Chairperson of Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Company due to her other business engagements which such resignation would be effective on 10 August 2022 onwards.
2. Appointment of Dr. Isra Akrapitak as a director of the Company which would be effective on 9 August 2022 onwards.
3. Appointment of Mrs. Bongkot Rungkornpaisarn as an independent director and audit committee of the Company which would be effective on 10 August 2022 onwards.
4. Appointment of Mr. Thanin Pornsirithivet as a chairperson of nomination and compensation committee of the Company which would be effective on 10 August 2022 onwards.

However, after the appointment of the directors of the Company, The Board of Directors will consist of 8 directors as follows:

1.	Asst. Prof. Dr. Prasert Kanthamanon	Independent Director and Chairman of the Board
2.	Mr. Somsak Woraraksa	Director
3.	Miss Thitiporn Chathaisong	Director
4.	Miss Siriporn Tangadulrat	Director
5.	Dr. Isra Akrapitak	Director
6.	Mr. Thanin Pornsirithivet	Independent Director and Audit Committee
7.	Dr. Niti Nuengchamnong	Independent Director and Audit Committee
8.	Mrs. Bongkot Rungkornpaisarn	Independent Director and Audit Committee

5. the meeting resolved to change of authorized director to sign on behalf of the Company.

Name and number of directors which authorize to sign on behalf of the Company, namely: Miss Thitiporn Chathaisong cosigns with Mr. Somsak Woraraksa and affix the company seal.

New version

Name and number of directors which authorize to sign on behalf of the Company, namely: 1. Dr. Isra Akrapitak cosigns with Miss Thitiporn Chathaisong and affix the company seal or 2 . Dr. Isra Akrapitak or Miss Thitiporn Chathaisong cosigns with Mr. Somsak Woraraksa and affix the company seal.
