Apollo Global Management, Inc. and Pacific Investment Management Company LLC entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in Securitization business of Credit Suisse Group from Credit Suisse Group AG on November 15, 2022. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals. This transaction involves phased closings with the first and second closing of the transaction with Apollo completed first closing on February 7, 2023. Perry J.
