Aoyama Zaisan Networks Company Limited reported consolidated earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2017. For the year, the company reported net sales of JPY 14,562 million against JPY 14,420 million a year ago. Operating profit of JPY 1,094 million against JPY 751 million a year ago. Ordinary profit of JPY 943 million against JPY 628 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 768 million or JPY 66.18 per diluted share against JPY 587 million or JPY 49.47 per diluted share a year ago. Cash flows used in operating activities of JPY 1,277 million against Cash flows from operating activities of JPY 1,177 million a year ago. Profit before income taxes was JPY 896,722,000 compared to JPY 623,754,000 a year ago.
For six months ending June 30, 2018, the company expects net sales of JPY 8,600 million, operating profit of JPY 590 million, ordinary profit of JPY 560 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 450 million or JPY 39.43 per share.

Aoyama Zaisan Networks Company, Limited is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in property consulting services for asset owners and corporations. The Company earns remuneration through providing consulting services for assets succession, operation, and management. There are four types of revenue. Property consulting revenues are from property and financial consulting services that provide support from consultation to execution of property succession, operation and management. Real estate transaction revenues are from sales of individual real estate properties and sales of the Real Estate Co-ownership System which meet customer asset management needs. Sublease income is earned by renting and operating rental properties owned by asset owners. Other revenues are from network dues, seminars, and property consulting related books publication.
