Toyo Techno Co., Ltd. signed a sale contract to acquire property in Nitona, Chiba City from Anrakutei Co., Ltd. (TSE:7562) for approximately ¥150 million on June 8, 2012. The property reported book value of ¥176 million. The corporate resolution for the transaction was received on June 8, 2012. The transfer of the property is scheduled on July 10, 2012. A loss from sale of property is expected to be recorded in the financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2013 following the transfer of the property.
