Winners of the 2019 Anhui Provincial Science and Techology Awards were announced at the awarding conference held in Hefei, the capital of East China's Anhui Province on June 29.

A total of five achievements submitted by Anhui Construction Engineering Group were among the winners, it marks a record high in numbers and qualities reflecting ACEG's remarkable achievements in promoting its transformation and upgrading efforts to a science and technology enterprise in recent years.

The briefs of these five achievements are as follows: Reversed key technology research and application based on green construction concept

It is a new calculation approach for a vertical supporting column and a new design approach for upper and lower synchronous transformational structures, aiming at the key technical problems existing in the construction of super high rise projects in the complex environment of city centers. Thus, the reversed calculation approach of key components has been established, the green environmental controlled construction model has been pioneered and the new waterproof and verticality adjustment technologies for vertical support column in reversed construction method have been successfully developed; the technical regulations and technical systems of the reversed construction engineering have filled in the gaps in relevant researches at home and abroad and the technological progress in the field of green construction has been promoted.

Key technology innovation and utilization for green buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter regions

This technology has been successfully applied to nearly 100 green building projects in China by far, confers broad-spectrum utilization in but not limited to ceiling radiant refrigeration (heat), electrically regulated composites for external shading, thermal and sound insulation of the building envelopes with near zero energy consumption, reduction and waste recycling for green building construction, research and development of green building construction and operation evaluation technology. It has played demonstrative and leading roles in reducing building energy consumption and protecting ecological environment and promoted the green development of the construction industry and the technological progresses as well.

A complete set of key technological application researches for the construction of extradosed cable-stayed bridges

This study mainly solves the technical problems in the construction of structures such as pile foundation cofferdams, steel guardrails, stay cables, box girders. This technology has promoted the construction of deep-water extradosed cable-stayed bridges, which has the advantages of fast construction speed, safety and cost saving, etc., and has been successfully applied to the construction of many large bridges and according to the evaluation by some famous experts, this achievement has, by and large, reached the advanced level globally.

Key technology and application of quality control for prefabricated concrete structures

With this technology, the key technical problems of prefabricated concrete structure quality control can be solved systematically, which has ensured to a very large extent, the safety of structures and the industrialization levels of construction and the development of prefabricated buildings. The development of prefab buildings will help save resources and energy, reduce construction pollution, improve labor productivity and promote the in-depth integration of construction industry and informationization industrialization, foster new industries and new drivers to reduce excess production capacities.

Key technology research and development for industrialization of energy-saving gypsum building materials

This technology is internationally advanced and domestically leading. It has set a precedent for the industrialization of energy-saving building materials produced by natural anhydrite in China and promotes the technological progress of gypsum industry and leads the new development of construction gypsum materials and it benefits not only the domestic but also the international clients.
