Daeduk Green Energy Limited Company signed a contract to acquire 10.21% stake in Daejeon Cogeneration Plant Co., Ltd. from Aminologics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A074430) for KRW 4.6 billion in cash on April 27, 2015. Aminologics Co., Ltd. will sell 0.39 million shares. The Board of Directors of Aminologics Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on April 27, 2015.
The deal is expected to close on April 30, 2015. Dae Joo Accounting Corporation acted as external valuation agency.
