RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR AND RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Amara Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Richard Khoo Boo Yeong as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2017. Following his resignation as a Director, Mr Khoo will also cease to be the Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") in relation to Mr Khoo's resignation, a separate announcement will be released to SGX-ST via SGXNet.

The Company would like to thank Mr Khoo for his services and contributions during his tenure as Director of the Company.

The Board of the Company also wishes to announce, after reconstitution, the following composition of the Board Committees, effective from 1 April 2017:
