MEMBER'S VOLUNTARY WINDING UP OF A DORMANT SUBSIDIARY

The Board of Directors of Amara Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the commencement of the member's voluntary winding up of Amara Hotel Assets Company Limited, an indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary, incorporated in Jersey.

The winding up will not have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.

None of the Company's Directors or substantial shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in this transaction other than through their shareholdings in the Company.
