Alsons Consolidated Resources, Inc. provides earnings guidance for 2017. For the period, the company expects net profit to decline from PHP 636 million in 2016 to PHP 530 million, until the completion of the second 105-megawatt (MW) section of its 210-MW coal-fired power plant in Sarangani province. There will be a dip in the profits because by 2017, the company will have the full loan for section one and section two.
