Droege International Group AG agreed to acquire the remaining 49% stake in ALSO-Actebis Holding AG (SWX:ALSN) from Schindler Holding AG (SWX:SCHN), institutional investors and other shareholders on December 20, 2012. The deal is subject to European Commission's approval. As of February 1, 2013, the transaction was approved by the European Commission.
