The Management of Alpargatas S.A. ("Alpargatas"), in accordance with CVM Instruction
358/02, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that Mr. Fabio Leite de Souza was elected as the Company's new Chief Administrative and Finance, Investor Relations and Strategy Officer.
Mr. Fabio Leite de Souza holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), with an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has a solid career and has already held positions in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Roland Berger and Grupo Camargo Correa. He joined Alpargatas in 2007, acting as the Company's Chief Corporate Strategy and New Business Officer since 2011.
We wish Mr. Fabio Leite de Souza all the success in the new challenges ahead of him as
Alpargatas' Chief Administrative and Finance, Investor Relations and Strategy Officer.
