Shanghai Linjun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Linxin Investment Management Company signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 45.8% in Xincomm Communications Co., Ltd. from Allwinnertech Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300458) for CNY 54.5 million on September 26, 2019. The buyers will respectivey acquire 22.03 million and 28.9 million shares at CNY 1.07 per share. Post completion, AllWinner Technology Co., Ltd. will hold 17.11% stake in Xincomm Communications Co., Ltd. The transaction doesn’t require approval from shareholders. This transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of AllWinner Technology Co., Ltd. on September 26, 2019.
