Groupe CRIT SA (ENXTPA:CEN) signed a letter of intent to acquire Cobalt Ground Solutions Ltd. from Air France-KLM SA (ENXTPA:AF) on November 28, 2016. Cobalt Ground Solutions generates revenues of €40 million. Groupe CRIT SA (ENXTPA:CEN) completed the acquisition of Cobalt Ground Solutions Ltd. from Air France-KLM SA (ENXTPA:AF) on January 2, 2017.
