Aidma Holdings, Inc. (TSE:7373) entered into an agreement to acquire a 16.66% stake in Regolith Inc. for approximately ¥110 million on December 15, 2021. As a part of transaction, Aidma Holdings will acquire 518 shares of Regolith Inc. Planned final contract conclusion date is December 16, 2021. Acquisition is planned to complete on December 28, 2021. The impact of this transaction on Aidma Holdings' consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending August 2022 will be minor.
Aidma Holdings Inc is engaged in the provision of business support to small and medium-sized companies. The Company operates Work Innovation Business which consists of three businesses. The sales support business mainly utilizes a sales database and its sales support system Sales Crowd to support the execution of test marketing activities tailored to the products and services of client companies engaged mainly in the corporate sector.
