With the new benefits, full-time associates of all genders and gender identities can take six weeks of paid parental leave within the first 12 months of a child's birth, adoption or other legal, custodial placements. The benefits will be offered in addition to Stop & Shop's other time off plans, including paid time off and short-term disability.
