UPDATE ON APPLICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company's announcements dated 31 January 2022 and 24 February 2022 in relation to the Company's applications for extension of time to comply with Catalist Rules 705(1), 705(2), 707(1), 707(2) and 711A, and Sections 175(1)(a) and 201(1) of the Companies Act.

The Interim Judicial Managers are pleased to announce that ACRA had, on 6 April 2022, informed the Company that ACRA had considered the Company's Revised ACRA EOT Application and has approved an extension of 150 days under Sections 175 and 197 of the Act in respect of for FY2021.

As such, the extended AGM due date in respect of FY2021 will be 30 June 2022, and the extended due date for the Company to file its annual returns for FY2021 will be 28 July 2022.
