Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes issued by Agricultural Bank of China Limited Hong Kong Branch under the Programme by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) only as described in the offering circular dated 25 October 2021 in relation to the Programme and the two pricing supplements both dated 22 February 2022 in relation to the Notes. The listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes is expected to become effective on 2 March 2022.
