Agree Realty Corporation reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 136.77 million compared to USD 110.03 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 136.81 million compared to USD 110.07 million a year ago. Net income was USD 41.52 million compared to USD 39.43 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.41 compared to USD 0.47 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.41 compared to USD 0.46 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 393.26 million compared to USD 313.14 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 393.33 million compared to USD 313.28 million a year ago. Net income was USD 124 million compared to USD 111.51 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.26 compared to USD 1.4 a year ago.
