AENA, S.A. ("AENA"), in compliance with Section 228 of Legislative Royal Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, enacting the consolidated text of the Securities Market Law, reports the following:

PRICE SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Subject: Approval of the Airport Regulation Document (DORA) 2017-2021

Further to the publication of the Price Sensitive Information notes number 233222 and 236058 on 22 December 2015 and 8 March, 2016, respectively, AENA, S.A. hereby reports that today the Council of Ministers has approved the Airport Regulation Document (DORA), which is the basic instrument for specifying the minimum conditions required to ensure the accessibility, adequacy and suitability of airport infrastructure and the appropriate provision of basic airport services in the Aena, S.A., airport network. It is established for a five-year period under the terms of Law 18/2014, of 15 October, on the Approval of Urgent Measures for Growth, Competitiveness and Efficiency.

During this process, the Aena S.A. proposal has been submitted to the representative associations of users and the final DORA has been drawn up by the Dirección General de Aviación Civil (DGAC). The aforementioned document has also been informed by the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC), the Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea (AESA) and the Comisión Delegada de Asuntos Económicos (CDAE) prior to its approval by a decision of the Council of Ministers.

As a result of this process, this document establishes an annual reduction of 2.2% in the Maximum Annual Revenue per Passenger (IMAP) for the period 2017-2021.

Interested parties will be able to view the DORA approved today when it is published by the Government.
