Imagen Radiomagnetica, S De R. L entered into stock purchase agreement to acquire Comprehensive Behavioral Care, Inc from Comprehensive Care Corporation (OTCPK:CHCR) for $100 in cash on December 30, 2013. As reported, Imagen will acquire 865 shares of Comprehensive Behavioral Care's common stock. The purchase price for the stock shall be paid at the closing in a cash payment by certified check or by wire transfer of good and immediately available funds.

The closing of the sale is scheduled to occur on December 31, 2013.
