TAMPA, Fla., July 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanzeon Solutions, Inc.'s (OTC-BB: CHCR), ("Advanzeon" or the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an addendum (the "Addendum") to its Memo of Understanding ("MOU") with the Nevada Health CO-OP (the "CO-OP") (see the Company's announcement dated February 25, 2015). The Addendum enlarges the territory being serviced by Advanzeon in order to include all members of the CO-OP throughout the State of Nevada, and it extends the term of the MOU for the Company's behavioral health services to December 31, 2015.
