Notice Concerning the Resignation of Auditor at the Asset Management Company

ITOCHU REIT Management Co., Ltd. the asset management company to which Advance Residence Investment Corporation (ADR) entrusts the management of its assets today accepted the resignation from the following auditor.

1. Resigning Auditor (Resignation date: June 21, 2023)

In compliance with applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, required filings and other procedures will be performed in relation to this matter.
