Notice Concerning Resignation of Director of Asset Management Company and

Substitute Executive Officer of Investment Corporation

ITOCHU Advance Logistics Investment Corporation ("IAL") hereby announces that its asset management company, ITOCHU REIT Management Co., Ltd. ("IRM") has received and accepted a resignation offer from the following director as of today.

In addition, IAL also announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of the following director, who had been appointed as a substitute Director of IAL, as of today.
