Adesso : Christoph Junge named Head of Corporate Development and M&A

Between 2007 and 2019, Christoph Junge was influential in managing adesso SE in his role as Chief Financial Officer. After nearly two years as Group CFO at a German IT systems corporation, he is now focusing his attention once again on the company that he successfully helped to oversee for twelve years. As Head of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions, Junge, a financial expert and holder of a degree in industrial engineering, will advance the growth and further internationalisation of the listed IT service provider. In recent years, adesso has already been able to significantly exceed its goal of growing more than twice as fast as the market.

Christoph Junge will play an important role in helping to shape adesso's growth strategy and will be in charge of future investments, company acquisitions and new establishments, as well as start-up development and post-merger integration. Thanks to his many years as adesso's CFO, he is highly familiar with these topics. His previous positions as chief financial officer at other companies and at an M&A consultancy firm additionally round out his portfolio.
