Dortmund, 17. September 2013 - adesso AG is presenting its Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based industry solutions for banks and insurance companies as well as mobile solutions at the CRM trade fair. The IT service provider can be found at Microsoft's partner booth and at a booth shared jointly with Kodak and tecmasters.

adesso will show at Microsoft's partner booth - Hall 3, Booth D57 - at the CRM-expo in Stuttgart from 24 to 26 September. The IT service provider is presenting its Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based solutions at the leading trade fair for Customer Relationship Management. As one of the leading IT service providers for the banking and insurance industries, adesso offers vertical solutions for insurance sales, mobile sales management and wealth management. adesso has designed the solutions so that they can be used on mobile terminals with process-driven user interfaces (apps) or used independently of devices.
adesso will focus in particular on the following at the CRM trade fair:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and industry solutions using this platform
- How to add value quickly with adesso's CRM toolbox: specially designed tools for launching projects directly without additional costs
- Mobile IT solutions for efficient corporate processes
- Lead compilation with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013
adesso will also introduce the Windows 8 application "A la Carte" at its booth. Using this sales solution, it is possible to comfortably present complex product and service portfolios on mobile terminals without disruptions or changes to
the media.
Further adesso experts will be available at a booth shared with Kodak and

tecmasters - Hall 5, Booth D17 - to answer any questions about Microsoft
SharePoint. In addition, adesso is participating in a talk by Jan Klode on 24
September 2013, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Jan Klode is a consultant for Dynamics CRM and Mobile CRM and will be presenting on the topic "Public relations on the go - Being mobile with Dynamics CRM" during the lecture programme.
As part of the IT Executive Lounge 2013, top experts will discuss the question
"Mobile solutions - Closer to the customer?" on 24 September from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Prof. Volker Gruhn, chairman of the supervisory board, will be taking part in the podium discussion on behalf of adesso. Other participants include Dr. Christian P. Illek, management board chairman for Microsoft Deutschland, Bettina Laurick, managing director at GFT and responsible for GFT Deutschland, and Hartmut Thomsen, CEO of SAP Deutschland.
